"A deranged television writer is tasked with penning the series finale of the hit science fiction drama 'Star-Splitter.'"
The hit sci-fi drama "Star-Splitter" is in the midst of production on its fifth and final season, when showrunner Lance W. W. Rodgers suddenly dies, taking the secret of how the series was supposed to end with him to the grave. With several unresolved cliffhangers to tie up, a new writer is assigned the impossible task of scripting the series finale.
BEHIND THE SCENES:
This film was created as a student project for the Eastern Washington University film program, as an adaptation of Mark Twain's short story "A Story Without an End." In 2016 the film was selected for the Spokane International Film Festival's "Best of the Northwest" shorts program.
